YOU ARE NOT ALONE

You are not alone if you ever have someone putting you down or your day just isn't going well in general you will always have someone there for you to comfort you, your family or friends no matter who it is:)



In Warragul where I live I had some bad bullying problems when i was in year seven and after every day of school I went home and always felt really bad and I would always spent time by myself. It wasn't until I started talking to my friends that I felt better about myself, although during the next day i would feel terrible again as soon as class started. It wasn't until near the end of the year that i told someone about it and when i did i got support from all of my friends, my family and some of the teachers around the school, so pretty much what i'm trying to say is that if u have any problems instead of keeping them inside yourself tell people that you can trust, they will always support you and help you get through what ever problems that you may be going through because you are never alone.

if you are feeling alone the first thing you should do is have a look at your self and try not to look at the bad things

or the loneliness try to look for people that will listen or be there for you, and then start from there... 

your mum or your dad as they say are there but then they cant or have trouble understanding why you feel the way you do. l or think this way you do. thus you should go to them maybe last.. and maybe a site like 'Tumblr' will help. or even most of the people on this site if you want 'me' Chris martin and Jacob hand' will be here to give you advice or listen. but what ever you don't let the loneliness kill you or the unbearable feelings. we are here please if you have no one, you can ask for some advice either from 'me-Chris martin' and you could go on tumblr and look 'heus-hex' is my name and you can talk to me about anything and ill keep to my self.and if you don't want tumblr you can always just ask questions on this... :)

 Don't let anyone say you don't exist. Just find the people who believe in you for who you are. Never think of yourself as less you are amazing no matter who you are, so what if some people reject you, you will always have friends and family that will be there for you also if you have any hobbies start doing them maby go somewhere meet new people.
